Daniel Foley

Daniel Foley is an investment real estate broker who exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of apartment buildings, mixed-use, and add-value properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a proven track record of achieving superior outcomes for his clients, having closed over $400 million in investment property sales since 2014. With a keen understanding of the market, Daniel prides himself on being a reliable source for buyers and sellers of income-generating real estate who are seeking valuable and timely market information. Daniel has worked with a wide range of clients throughout his career, including family trusts, independent private investors, and large institutional investment firms. Daniel joined Compass Commercial (formerly Paragon Commercial Brokerage) in 2016, where he works on an accomplished apartment sales team that consistently ranks in the top 1% of sales agents in San Francisco. Daniel started his brokerage career with Colliers International in the San Diego office before moving back to his native Bay Area to join the Colliers office in San Francisco.

Daniel grew up in the North Bay and currently resides in San Francisco. He graduated from San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Studies and a minor in Sociology. He is an active member of the Olympic Club, the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Apartment Association. In addition to his professional pursuits, Daniel is dedicated to giving back to the community. He actively volunteers and supports City Surf Project, a non-profit organization that offers at-risk youth in San Francisco the opportunity to learn and experience surfing. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Giants, 49ers, and Warriors, surfing, golfing, and spending as much time as possible on his beloved sailboat, Tonka.
